Griffo Distillery
Griffo is a family-owned distillery that creates small-batch, grain-to-glass spirits including vodka, gin, whiskey and a delicious cold brew coffee liqueur. Founded in Sonoma county, they showcase the beauty and bounty of northern California. Griffo uses passion, craft and science to create spirits that are both beautiful and complex.

With a Doctorate in Physics, co-owner and head distiller, Michael Griffo, is forging new roads in the age-old art of distilling—integrating science and technology with creativity to create truly beautiful, unique spirits. Griffo's Vendome Copper Pot Still is a 330-gallon custom designed with bespoke Ethernet sensors and controls. This allows the entire still to be precisely controlled for quality and consistency.
Co-founders Mike and Jenny Griffo conceived the idea of starting a family distillery one relaxing afternoon in Wine Country. It took seven years of penny pinching, recipe testing, and heavy lifting (both mental and physical) to turn that dream into a reality. The Griffos released their first product—Scott’s Street Gin—to wide acclaim in 2015. Today they’re growing their business to include national distribution, a tasting room, and more spirits crafted in Betty, their 250-gallon, custom-made copper still.
