Tasting notes

Gottwieger Berg (named for the hillside on which the grapes are sustainably farmed) keeps the focus tight and the finish dry. Adjectives for the fruits fall into the citrus and stone fruit category and while any claim to true "complexity" would be a stretch, the oh-so-subtle mineral and herbal nuances which are perceived, elevate this wine.
