Chile has a long viticultural history dating back to the time when the Spanish conquistadors brought the first vines to Chile. Terra Vega wines are born from a fusion of this Chilean heritage and state-of-the-art winemaking technology, cultivated from the best vineyard sites. This Carmenere is a blend of % Merlot, 6% Alicante Bouschet & 6% Carmenere for added complexity and balance. The final wine was aged for 3 months in French and American oak.

This Merlot is deep red in color with violet hues. In the nose are notes of dark fruits such as black cherry and plum, complemented with soft hints of vanilla. The palate is smooth and balanced with a fresh and juicy finish.
