This wine was crafted from grapes grown primarily for rose production. To ensure excellent quality Provence-style rose, the grapes were hand-picked
and meticulously sorted, and crushed using the most advanced equipment. Mademoiselle is a noble and fashionable rose, combining sharpness and elegance, for the perfect summer wine.
Tasting Notes
Mevushal. Rav Rottenberg. The pale rose color is enhanced by a beautiful shine. The nose expresses itself with a beautiful intensity on the grapefruit and the vine peach.
The palate shows the roundness combining floral aromas and white fruits. A rose of gastronomy.
Food Pairing
