Dillon XO Hors d'Age NV

XO Dillon Agricole Rhum has patiently aged in small oak barrels for at least 9 years, using traditional methods, giving it a color of great finesse and complex aromatic richness. This special Rhum is very aromatic and complex with notes of vanilla, fruit and cinnamon.
Estate
Dillon is a producer of Rhum Agricole from the island of Martinique and can trace its history all the way back to 1690 to the original site of the distillery in Fort de France. It was set up by Arthur Dillon, a US soldier. Originally it produced sugar but in the 19th, century began producing rum. In 1928 a new distillery became operational. In 1967 Bordeaux Bardinet took over the production. Dillon Rhum’s are now distilled on Martinique and then shipped to France where they are aged and bottled.
