This magnificent XVIII century building is a former Lous XVI shooting loodge.The current owners , Alain & Bernadette Aubert, have known how to preserve This exceptional historic heritage. The terrace of the chateau offers an amazing view of the Dordogne which flows beneath it and over the property of some 80 hectares, giving life to a red wine, Bordeaux Superieur, the Chateau Ribebon.

Tasting Notes

Intense color, shiny ruby reflections.
Nose: red and black fruit Ripe and concentrated tanins Complex and sophisticated wine, well balanced throughout the tasting. Generous volume, full bodied and rich and elegant nal taste. The tasting reects the expression of the terroir and the quality of the grapes.

Vinification

plot selection and sorting in the vines and ithe cellar, total de-stemming, fermenting of the must in stainless steel tanks thermo-regulated. Maintaining fermentation temperatures around 28C. Pneumatic pressing.
