Vinification
Chateau Le Temple, owned by Denis Bergey has an ideal soil for grape production, with the Garonne gravel extending to eight meters in depth. To protect the environment and encourage the development of microbiological fauna, the soils of the vineyard are partially covert. This enables the vines to root deeper and increases the quality of the grapes.
Tasting notes
A lovely ripe red cherry and cranberry-scented bouquet with just a faint whiff of cigar box. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, crisp acidity, harmonious and focused with a fresh, delightful finish.
