Product Ratings
Jeb Dunnuck 90pt

Pretty cherry and redcurrant fruits as well as leafy herbs and floral notes emerge from the 2018 Chateau Mauvesin Barton. Medium-bodied, with a nicely textured, elegant mouthfeel, moderate tannins, and outstanding length, it's a beautiful, classic Bordeaux to enjoy over the coming 10-15 years.

James Suckling 92-93pt

There is serious depth of fruit in the center palate. Medium to full body, firm tannins and a lovely finish. Shows brightness and minerality.

Crushed flowers, sweet pipe tobacco, cedar and red berry fruit are all nicely lifted in the 2018 Mauvesin Barton. This deceptively mid-weight, perfumed Moulis has a lot to offer, including a very finessed, persistent finish. I would prefer to drink it on the earlier side. Lovely.
