Grown on ideal limestone and gravel soils, all of the grapes for this classic Sauternes are hand harvested and sorted several times. The estate deeply respect the traditions that have contributed to these renown wines, but they also use the most modern winemaking and barrel ageing (6-8 months) techniques to further enhance the R de Romer du Hayot. This pretty Sauternes shows an unrivaled bouquet with great length and complexity.
