Deep nose of toasted hazelnuts, smoke, caramel and candied citrus peel. Rich, concentrated and creamy on the full-bodied palate, with an intensity of minerality that builds to a huge climax. Plenty of power and drama here, also some oak, but it all fits together beautifully at the very long, focused finish.
