Reviews
Wine Spectator 91
Floral and ground spice notes lace this aromatic rose, accenting the ripe raspberry and strawberry fruit, and gingersnap biscuit, clover honey and grilled nut flavors. Bright and mouthwatering, with a lacy, spiced finish.

Technical Details
Description
The families of Champagne Moutard Diligent have been living in the village of Buxeuil since the mid 17th century, and have a long tradition of both grape growing and wine production. Located in the Cote des Bar, the vineyard soils are made up of clays and limestones, lending to rich, fruity aromas and good minerality. Champagnes are cellar-aged for at least three years for non-vintage wines and up to ten and fifteen years for vintage wines.
Tasting notes
Ample nose with hints of red fruit and the forest floor. Full-bodied palate with good persistence and excellent balance. Serve at 12 with salmon, red mullet and grilled meat.
Vineyard
Clay-limestone soils on the Kimmeridgian bank of the Côte des Bar, Village of Polisy.
Vinification
After harvest the grapes are places in wooden vats. Maceration during 4 days and fermentation until a density of 1040 is reached in order to preserve the fruit. Temperature controlled stainless steel vats with cool settling at 7 degrees. No Malolactic.
