Reviews
Wine Spectator 92
Lithe and vibrant, this graceful Champagne is driven by well-knit, racy acidity, carrying flavors of ripe black cherry, grated ginger, toast point and mineral on the satiny mousse.

Wine Enthusiast 90
The Champagne is balanced between a soft Brut character and crisper lemon flavors. That balance gives a fine wine, open and easy, but with a fine bite of acidity at the end.

James Suckling 90
Attractively fruity nose of raspberries, baked apples, pie crust and lemon curd. It's medium-bodied with vibrant acidity and lively bubbles. Very clean. 2019 base wine with 32% reserve wine. 40% pinot noir, 39% meunier and 21% chardonnay. 9g/L dosage. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification.

Beverage Dynamics 95
Reflecting the house style, this blend of wines produced from multiple parcels provides a cross section of the region’s terroir. The wine is brilliant pale gold in the glass, with a fine and persistent mousse. The extended bottle aging provides multiple layers of tree fruit and toasted nuts. In the mouth, it is supple and lively. A great example of an attractive house style, from one of the region's leading producers.

Description
This is the Signature cuvée of the House. Round, vibrant and extremely well balanced, reflecting the rich variety of its blend of 100 crus from across the patchwork of Champagne vineyards. It is a festive champagne, perfect for sharing and perfect for celebrating. A champagne to be enjoyed with friends, at a party or perhaps at a picnic along the water’s edge.
Estate
The most awarded Champagne house of the Century! Steeped in history, innovation and excellence have been at the heart of Piper-Heidsieck since 1785 when Florens-Louis Heidsieck founded his Champagne House with the dream to create a ‘cuveé worthy of a queen’. That dream was realized when he boldly presented his first cuvee to Queen Marie Antoinette and she declared love at first sip. She quickly became the champagne’s first brand ambassador and when Henri-Guillaume Piper joined the Reims venture in 1815, he and Florens-Louis’ nephew Christian Heidsieck set out to promote the Champagne House’s reputation well beyond the borders of France. Today, Piper-Heidsieck is poured in over 100 countries and is the most awarded Champagne House of the century, with over 275 medals.
Tasting notes
The Cuvée Brut takes us on a journey of almonds, fresh hazelnuts and fruits from the orchard, like freshly cut apples and pears. The wine also offers a smoky quality, almost toasted, which gives the impression of savouring a bite of freshly baked bread, just out of the oven. It is a precise wine, extremely well balanced, which offers plenty of finesse on the palate.
