Tasting notes

Very nice dark colour. Complex nose, with crushed red fruit aromas. The attack develops little red fruit aromas. In mouth, the structure is supple and very well balanced, with spicy aromas. Very pleasant during a meal, this wine is perfect with red meat.

Carbonic maceration and classical vinification (destemmed crop).
