Reviews
James Suckling 92
A delicious, sanguine and lively white. It shows aromas of grapefruit, quince peel, fresh herbs and some wet stones. Medium-bodied with bright acidity. Plenty of juicy and succulent character. Refreshing yet serious, with a crisp and flavorful finish. Drink or hold.

This is a solid Pouilly-Fume. The wine has an enticing nose of pink grapefruit, dried lemon peel, green apple and ripe green pear. Bright acidity leads on the palate that balances chalk-dusted orchard fruit and ripe crab apple.

Technical Details
Description
For 10 generations, we have offered our passion and values ??as winegrowers to develop Sauvignon Blancs and Pinot Noirs of great character. Each member of our family, Jean-Marie Bourgeois, Arnaud, Lionel and Jean-Christophe, bring their talent to the Domaine. Established in Chavignol, in the heart of the best terroirs of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, we cultivate a mosaic of plots respecting our unique terroirs of Kimmeridgian Marl, Silex and Limestone Clays.
Tasting notes
This Pouilly-Fumé presents a fresh and floral nose,
and refined aromas of ripe citrus, kiwi and eucalyptus,
with a typical and persistent flinty finish.
Fresh, concentrated and elegant,
with citrus and herbal aromas and
mineral accents.
The freshness of the fruit and the
crispness of the Sauvignon Blanc create
a concentrated, elegant wine that lingers
on the palate with a long, mineral finish.
Terroir
Grown on the clays and limestone
hills of the Pouilly-Fumé appellation,
its terroir is made of limestone rocks
that give our Pouilly-Fumé its
characteristic mineral profile.
Yields are deliberately low to
encourage concentration and the
expression of the terroir in the
grapes, while respecting the vines
and soils.
