Reviews
James Suckling 90
This successful white Rhone marries full pomelo character with an attractive crispness on the medium- to full-bodied palate, where fine tannins support the long, quite savory finish that has excellent balance.

Technical Details
Description
The vineyard is to the south east of the Rhone, along the banks of the River
Eygues that springs from the Baronnies massif in the foothills of the Alps
The soil is stony with alluvial deposits on fresh, deep earth This wine is
mainly made with Viognier grapes, harvested on the cool terroirs of Nyons
Vinsobres and Saint Maurice villages.
Tasting notes
The appearance shows a pretty yellow gold color revealing straw tints.
The bouquet is fruity (apricot) and floral notes (white and yellow flowers).
This elegant white wine has food concentration and pretty freshness with aromas of ripe,
almost jammy yellow fruit with a floral freshness.
Vinification
Grapes were harvested at full ripeness in the night to retain all the aromatic
freshness. The juice is extracted as quickly as possible to avoid any
maceration. Produced in carefully controlled temperatures and aged on the lees and in wood vats to
bring freshness and spicy, toasty and vanilla aromas.
