Tasting notes

This classic Sauvignon Blanc has a gorgeous lemon yellow color with mellow green reflections with a very delicate bouquet of white flowers and citrus. A dry, fruity, elegant wine on the palate with perfect acidity. Delicious as an aperitif, this wine is the perfect companion for platters of seafood and shellfish such as scallops.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested before they are entirely ripe and then crushed rapidly at a low temperature. Fermentation takes place at a very low temperature to preserve all the aromas.
