This elegant sparkling Chardonnay opens with an expressive nose with hints of yellow fruits, peach, nectarine, and floral hints. Round in the mouth with candied citrus notes, nice length, and balance with bright minerality. A perfect sparkling for an aperitif.

Vinification
After the classic preparation of the base wine, the foam is made in special closed tanks with a refrigeration system that allows optimal control of the yeast activity and the release of gas. When the wine is effervescent, it is transferred to bottles after a final filtration, then the dosage is carried out. Finally, we proceed to the capping and museletage.
