Vinification
The grapes are rigorously selected. The vini€fication is
traditional and consist in a cold and short maceration (2
to 6 hours to ensure a nice light pink colour) followed by
a direct pressing. The fermentation happens in thermoregulated vat.
Ageing
The wine is aged in stainless and concrete
tank to lock in freshness.
Tasting notes
Gourmet, elegant and lively. A very aromatic rose wine.
Food pairing
Ideal for the aperitif, will be a perfect match with a Poke Bowl with marinated fresh salmon, avocado toast, tomato and mozzarella salad.
