The Titora Winery was founded in 2008 in Kfar Ruth. The winery is located opposite Givat HaTitora, which towers over the northeastern side of the city of Modi'in. Titora Winery is a boutique winery, created from love of wine and a vision for the Land of Israel. The winery receives its grapes from a local vineyard in Kfar Ruth. Since 2011 the winery has also brought in grapes from a vineyard on the summit of the Judean hills, 850 meters above sea level.

Tasting notes

The Givat Titora Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon is characterized by a full body and an intense rich aroma. It includes soft tannins, balanced acidity and complex flavors. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. The perfect pairing with rich or hearty dishes.
