Tasting notes

Non-Mevushal. Rav Eliezer Halevi Brod, O.U. (Orthodox Union). Bazak Sauvignon Blanc is an excellent example of what the Sauvignon Blanc variety can give us. There are great aromas of citrus fruits and tropical fruits. The flavors continue those of the aromas, with great acidity.
