Reviews
James Suckling 92
A light golden color to this and a curious blend of savory and lightly spicy, honeyed notes on the nose. The full-bodied palate develops quite a complex set of fruit flavors, from ripe pear to peach and ripe honeydew melon, coated with the same honeyed note that adds silkiness to the texture. Long finish, in more savory and spicy mode. Plenty to enjoy here.

Tasting notes
The rediscovery of this ancient variety rewarded us with this elegant wine that shows intense notes of pear, white flowers and exotic fruits. Structured on the palate, with intense notes of citrus and exotic fruits, full bodied and rich with a long-balanced finish.
Vinification
The Organic grapes for this wine are hand harvested in the second half of September and then gently pressed. After an initial cold maceration, the fermentation takes place at low temperatures. Aged “sur lies” for 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
