This Merlot has a deep ruby red color. It is a full-bodied wine with fine smooth tannin and strong cherry aroma with a touch of violet. The minerality of the overall wine is balanced by the fine and soft tannins. The finish has a long persistence of sensations. It goes well with barbecue dishes, grilled and roasted meat.

This wine pairs well with sauce based first courses, meat and medium aged cheeses.
