Cantine Volpi, which has been producing traditional wines for over 100 years, has begun, in the last twenty years, production of wines from organically grown grapes coming from most Italian regions. This Sangiovese is from Marche, area of Ascoli Piceno, near the village of Vittoria. The vineyard is about 20 hectares, located at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level.

Roasted meats and seasoned cheeses

Soft pressing, maceration in stainless steel vat for 4-5 days minimum, fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature, malolactic fermentation

Color: Ruby red
Nose: intense, fruity with a persistent aroma of spices and locorice
Palate: full, warm with perfectly balanced tannins
