Tasting notes
Garnet red reflections with orange stripes. Scents of rose and violet and withered flowers. Full and delicate, pleasantly harmonious and balanced tannins. It goes well with red meat dishes, game and mature cheeses.
Refinement
2 years in large oak barrels. In bottles for the final six mouths.
