Fragrant nose of violets, dried flowers, plums, morello cherries, milk chocolate and toffee. It's supple and juicy, with a medium body and creamy tannins. Lovely, plush plum fruit and a caressing, lengthy finish. Very structured at the end. Needs a couple of years at least. This is in form like a top long distance runner. From organically/biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.

The Duemani 2019 Cabernet Franc Duemani ferments in oak and ages in barrique. This renders a very creamy and richly textured wine with substantial fruit weight, sweet spice and tobacco. There is a toasted note of espresso bean and scorched earth, but the wine is consistent with the variety and the rich nature of this vintage. It also shows elegant restraint despite its natural power. This is a full-bodied red (both organic and biodynamic) with very broad shoulders.
