Look for a pale gold hue and delicate coconut and peach aromas. A hint of coconut sweetness shows on the first pleasing sips, winding into a smoky note. It finishes with juicy, lemony tones. Made in Kansai; aged three years in bourbon barrels.

History

KOJIKI is born in a beautiful city in the center of Kansai area, Japan. It is known for its beautiful old spiritual places. This area is often cited in Japanese literature, including the ancient capital Kyoto. The philosophy and style of KOJIKI resides in its name itself. The KOJIKI or « Records of Ancient Matters » is the oldest chronicle in Japan dating from the 8th century. The KOJIKI is the collection of myths, legends and historical tales concerning the origin of the Japanese archipelago and the Kami ( objects of worship).
