From the central valley of Oaxaca it is a 100% artisanal product using natural fermentation and no use of steel or synthetic chemicals in its production.

Grabado is an artisanal Mezcal from the Tlalixtac de Cabrera village in Oaxaca Mexico. It is hand-crafted from 100% Maguey Espadin agave, cooked in a ground oven for 5 days, natural fermented and double copper pot distilled.
