Description

Sauvignon Blanc is the flagship varietal of New Zealand and is a very crisp aromatic wine that for good reason is one of the most popular wines in the world. The longer, cooler growing conditions promote stronger, more vibrant fruit flavors and higher acidity levels. This is the ideal climate for crafting balanced, complex wines.

Tasting notes

Aromas of ripe peach and citrus notes with flavors of lemon, lime and a hint of green apple. Well-balanced acidity and a lingering hint of nectarine frames the finish.

Vinification

After the grapes are carefully selected, they are gently pressed. A controlled low-temperature fermentation is them carried out in stainless steel tanks with maximum protection from oxidation. The final wine is then rested before bottling.
