The grapes were hand-picked from beginning February to end March 2012
Maturation
Matured for 18 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. The wine has an ageing potential of a least 6 years from vintage.
Tasting notes
Fresh raspberry aromas, plum blossom, ripe fig nuances and cassis undertones with exceptional elegance and length. Recommended with Parma ham, fig and rocket salad with a raspberry reduction.
Viniculture
Fermented in stainless steel tanks with extended skin contact. Malolactic fermentation occurred in French oak barrels.
