Reviews
Decanter 91
Chalky nose with some mineral character, aromas of lemon, pear and green apple. Spritzy and refreshing, quite light and quaffable.

This is a great example of Txakoli from the coastal regions of the Basque Country. It is floral and pretty on the nose with fresh aromas of the sea. There is typical carbonic spritz on the palate which brings a racy, zippy profile to the wine. A well-made and complete wine at this level which should be enjoyed with fresh anchovies!

Tasting notes
A traditional and classic wine from Getariako Txakolin. In the glass you notice the presence of tiny carbonation bubbles typically associated with this type of refreshing Txakoli. Balanced and fresh in the mouth with well-integrated acidity. Bright and lively on the palate with hints of citrus and tropical fruits in the aftertaste with a long, aromatic finish.
