Hacienda Lopez de Haro sits squarely in the fat heart of the best of Rioja’s vineyard regions, San Vicente de la Sonsierra. In this region the best old Tempranillo vineyards in Rioja Alta can be found. Cultivated using the goblet system on very poor soils, it greatly reduces their production and increases the quality of the bunches.

Tasting notes

Hacienda López de Haro Blanco from Rioja is a wonderfully complex and fleshy white wine. Straw yellow color of the wine leads to ripe fruit, dates and tropical notes on the nose in combination with the nuances of the barrel. It is fresh and fleshy, leaving a long, balanced and pleasant aftertaste. Composed from a blend of Viura and other local varieties that were aged for 3 months in french oak barrel prior to bottling.
