Inspired by both the ancient tradition of viticultural collaboration and by the daring innovation of modern garagistes, they are a group of makers with an insatiable obsession for quality, gathering under one roof in a warehouse in Baltimore City to make and enjoy exceptional wine and food.
Description
The Vermú Sweet Vermouth is created with 100% natural, non-GMO botanicals, Vermú is a low ABV cocktail in a bottle, a spritzer's best friend, a perfect sipper, and any cocktail's secret ingredient. With the herbal bitter backbone of wormwood and artichoke leaf, the brightness of Spanish oranges, and the soft warmth of vanilla, cinnamon and burnt sugar, this Vermú is deep, balanced, and relentlessly complex. The botanicals include vanilla, wormwood, cinnamon, galangal root, thyme, artichoke leaf, sage, elderberries, and spanish orange peel. All of this is infused with a classic Chardonnay base wine.
It is fermented in cold stainless steel tanks with a native yeast fermentation, 100% natural botanicals, cold maceration and fortification. 20% all natural burnt sugar and 4% pure cane sugar, vegan, non-GMO. Vermú Sweet Vermouth can be enjoyed on its own, over ice, with bubbles of all sorts, or in classic cocktails.
