Description
Vermú Rosé is created with 100% natural, non-GMO botanicals, Vermú is a low abv cocktail in a bottle, a spritzer's best friend, a perfect sipper, and any cocktail's secret ingredient. With a juicy burst of Spanish oranges and grapefruit, Vermú Rosé is bright and gently herbaceous, with sweet spices, and a soft quinine bitter finish. It is a blend of botanicals to include Spanish oranges, wormwood, chamomile, clove, juniper berries, star anise, cinchona bark and gentian root. Made from a base of The Wine Collective Rosé that undergoes a cold stainless steel native yeast fermentation, 100% natural botanicals, cold maceration and fortificaiton, 9% pure cane sugar, vegan, non-GMO.
Backstory
Vermú is crafted by the dedicated team at The Wine Collective in Baltimore. Inspired by both the ancient tradition of viticultural collaboration and by the daring innovation of modern garagistes, they are a group of makers with an insatiable obsession for quality, gathering under one roof in a warehouse in Baltimore City to make and enjoy exceptional wine and food.
