The 2021 Estate Syrah comes from vines planted in 2017. A tiny amount was made in 2019 and none in 2020, so this is the first vintage really made. Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, it gives up classic notes of blackberry pie, black cherry compote, and cracked black pepper with hints of bacon, crushed rocks, and licorice.
