This wine is rich, complex with black fruits, mushroom and earth. The palate repeats the nose intertwined with bay leaf, chicory, grilled orange slices, shifting into dark chocolate, toasted chestnuts, dried florals and a silky finish. Pair with ahi tuna, porcini-crusted black cod, or beef cheeks.
