Tasting notes
A classic Oregon Pinot Noir! Pretty raspberry fruit is the highlight here, forward and fresh. The fruit profile also includes flavors of black cherry, and plum with hints of vanilla, toffee, and cigar leaf. The balance and finish are round with silky tannins leaving a satisfying impression. A great pairing with salmon, roasted chicken, grilled vegetables or as an aperitif.
