The Reserve Chardonnay is barrel fermented and aged in entirely stainless steel for 10 months. It comes from only a few special blocks of the Haakon/Lenai vineyard and showcases notes of lemon curd, dried pineapple, white peach, raw hazelnuts, and yellow wildflowers. There is a bit of a leesy quality to the finish on the mid and back palate, alongside a dried thyme and honey-coated pear note.

Crushed stones, lemons, white grapefruit and pie crust on the nose. It's medium- to full-bodied, with a slatey, stoney minerality. Savory feel.

The 2021 Chardonnay Dundee Hills Reserve has very pretty aromas of white peach and apricot, baker's yeast, crushed almonds and beeswax. The medium-bodied palate is bursting with honeyed fruits and mouthwatering acidity calling you in for another sip on the fragrant finish.

Vibrant and expressive, with pretty lemon and nectarine flavors that take on accents of saline and mineral as this finishes on a rich, snappy note.
