Fresh wild berries, plum and black cherry flavors are fleshy and juicy, with notes of chocolate, violets and subtle spices. Rich and round yet fruity and very approachable with a lingering finish. You will love this wine with duck, barbecue, burgers and firm aged cheeses.

Harvesting is mechanical. Fermentation lasts for 6 to 7 days to allow the grape skins to give their color to the juice. After ageing in casks, the wine is bottled.
