Background
Rooted in the unique Oceanic Terroir of Limoux, French Bloom
continues to break boundaries with the release of its
first Extra Brut. This complex and precise Blanc de Blancs
showcases beautiful acidity, vibrant minerality, and a crisp,
refreshing profile. The soil, rich in clay and limestone, enhances
the wine's refreshing character and subtle salinity. A portion of
the wine is aged in oak barrels, adding depth and character.
Made from 100% organic Chardonnay, it is dealcoholized to 0.0%
alcohol, with 0 sugar, just 1 calorie, and 0 sulfites-offering an
exceptional experience.

Tasting notes
With a yellow luminous gold color, this alcohol-free sparkling Blanc de
Blancs is complex and precise, with beautiful acidity. Delicate white
flowers on the nose and palate, refreshing mineral notes,
and hints of dried apricots, with a vibrant tension and character,
finishing on a touch of salinity. Serve cold (4 to 6 degrees Celcius).
