Aged in stainless steel vats with staves for 7 to 8 months.
Tasting notes
A lovely deep garnet-red colour of sustained intensity. The aroma of red berries, redcurrants and blackberries is closely
interwoven with hints of leather and smoke. The palate is voluptuous and straightforward, with a sweet finish.
