A balanced and refined red with blackberry and black cherry aromas and flavors. Black licorice, mineral and salt undertones. Medium to full body, firm tannins. Gently steeped plum and raspberry fruit flavors form the core here, wrapped in red licorice details and showing a light cedar backing. Well-structured with a full body that is light on its feet. Soft, silky and refined, with a solid finish. This is a wine that you can enjoy now or cellar it for the short term.
