Beautiful and brilliant garnet color. Nose with hints of cassis, blackberry, plums and cinnamon, lightly toasted. The palate is round and full.

Vinification
Traditional in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration before fermentation for 10 days at 5-6 °C and control of temperatures during fermentation. Fermentation 3 to 4 weeks
Vineyard
Chateau Bois du Fil belongs to the Bernard family for several generations. Each generation has been keen to structure and improve production through the development of the vineyard and the cellar: focus on the vines, grape selection, constant research into wine making and a breeding adapted to the vintage.
