Tasting notes
This wine reveals an intense red color and a discreet yet elegant nose, hinting at the
finesse of a fine vintage. On the palate, it opens boldly with a generous attack,
offering vibrant notes of freshly picked red fruits. The robust and well-structured
tannins promise excellent ageing potential while maintaining a harmonious balance.
Perfectly suited for pairing with roast lamb, grilled ribeye, wild mushroom risotto, or
aged cheeses like Comte, this wine is an ideal choice for immediate enjoyment or
cellaring for special moments.
