A fabulous introduction to the myriad of pleasures and complexities that is Burgundian Pinot Noir. Spicy red fruit and a subtle earthy aroma, typical of Pinot Noir, lead on to a firm, well-rounded palate. Made with the same expertise as the Dubois Grand Cru wines. Pair with mild cheeses such as goats cheese, seared tuna, roasted chicken or rack of lamb.
