The ideal serving temperature around 16 degrees Celcius. Serve with meat dishes.
Soil
The soil is made up of stony alluvial and limonstone deposits. A
superficial layer of several meters of small stones stores-up the heat
of the sun during the day and releases it during the night.
Tasting notes
This wine is garnet in colour and features a fine, delicate
fresh nose with notes of cherry. Ample on the palate with lovely flavours of red berries and
mild spices complemented by a long and fresh finish
The ideal serving temperature around 16 degrees Celcius.
Vinification
The grapes are destemmed and then left to macerate for 15 to
21 days depending on the vats. During the pressing operation
the juice is selected and separated according to quality. In
winter the malolactic fermentation takes over.
