Estate
Located within the historic Montalcino region this is a wine estate that combines a young, dynamic approach to the wine business, while strictly adhering to their traditions. Surrounded by the vineyards of some of the most iconic estates of the area, the estate is in the center of the original micro-terroir where the world-famous Brunello di Montalcino was first produced.
Vinification
Crafted from 100% sustainably farmed Sangiovese grapes that are located on idyllic hillside vineyards located between 1200-1300 feet above sea level. This elevation brings cooler breezes that temper the warm local climate to yield grapes with perfect concentration and complexity. After a highly selective hand harvesting, the grapes are fermented and aged for 36 months in Slovenian oak barrels. The final wine is then bottle aged and released 5 years after the initial harvest. This is a Brunello that is very approachable now but will develop and age nicely with some additional cellaring.
