Background
This Prosecco DOC is made with 100% Glera cultivated in selected vineyards on the hills around Treviso area in Veneto.
The second fermentation takes place in pressured tanks with the Martinot- ti-Charmat method, the "metodo italiano" that give
us the possibility of retaining the pure varietal aromas and flavors of the grapes, tropical fruit, apple and notes of
white flowers, fresh and intense. The "presa di spuma" is very slow in order to obtain a crisp, fine and persistent perlage.
Bottled and labeled with bio-safe materials.
Food pairing
Ideal as an aperitif, it is a perfect combination to hors-d’oeuvres and delicate first courses.

Tasting notes
Typical crisp and delicate perlage. Pale light yellow color, delicate and fragrant bouquet,
with fruity notes of banana and apple and notes of acacia flowers. Fresah and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body, harmonic with pleasant dry aftertaste.
Vinification
Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, second fermentation Martinotti-Charmat method.
