Expressive juicy berry flavors, follow through on the palate with a soft, delicious fruity finish. Goes well with grilled lobster, sushi, salads or tapas.
Description
Magnificent and mysterious, the peacock is one of the most beautiful birds ever. Our peacock Cinsault comes from the Coastal Region of the South African Winelands. Sourced from the best parcels, let it unfold its delicate and delicious fruity notes and succumb to its refreshing call.
Vinification
Great wine requires deep, intense dedication to the land, empathy for the vine and a love of grapes.The grapes are treated with fanatical attention to detail throughout the wine crafting process. Handed-picked and harvested in the cool of the morning to retain its freshness and youthful fruit fl avours. The grapes are gently pressed to extract color but retain delicacy and then macerated for 8 hours. They are fermented at 53.6°F, racked and stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling. The resultant aromas and flavors reflect this passion for authenticity and integrity.
