Great wine requires deep, intense dedication to the land, empathy for the vine and a love of grapes. The grapes are treated with fanatical attention to detail throughout the wine crafting process. Harvested in the cool of the morning to retain the freshness and youthful fruit flavors, the grapes are lightly crushed then macerated for 8 hours. The fermentation occurs at a temperature of 53.6°F. The wine is then racked and stored in stainless steel tanks until bottling. The resultant aromas and flavors reflect this passion for authenticity and integrity.
