Tasting notes
The Enate Rosado is a dry Rosé made only with the Cabernet Sauvignon obtained from estate vineyards. It's powerful and with a remarkably balanced and fruity bouquet highlighted by scents of strawberry, citrus, tart red-plum, currant and subtle spice notes. Great with tapas, grilled vegetables, charcuterie, seafood, BBQ and all types of spicy dishes.
Estate
Enate: Where Art & Wine Become One - Art is universal and so is Enate. The essence of the winery, locked into every drop and printed on every label. Enate and art come together at a lofty point: the desire to create. When it began in 1992, the winery decided that the pairing of winemaking and contemporary culture would be an essential feature of its character.
Enate began a contemporary art collection, bringing together works by Spanish and international artists. Since then, each of their wines has been associated with a well-known painter, with a work painted specially for our winery appearing on the label.
Food pairing
ENATE Rose enhances dishes such as pasta, white meat and souffles.
Vinification
The grapes, harvested in perfect condition and at optimum ripeness, underwent maceration with the skins to extract color. Once the solid residues had been removed by static clearing at 8 Celsius, the clean must underwent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of
16 Celsius using carefully selected yeast of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae genus. After fermentation the wine was clarified with bentonite and stabilized at -5 Celsius to eliminate the excess potassium bitartrate.
